Styrelsen i WYA Holding AB har beslutat att sammankalla en extra bolagsstämma för behandling av förslag om avyttring av den nuvarande verksamheten. WYA Holding förbereds samtidigt för förvärv av ny verksamhet för att ta till vara värdet av befintlig notering, ägarspridning och kassa.
