The 2024 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 15:00 in the company’s office. Notice of the meeting will be issued no later than four weeks before the meeting. A request from shareholders to have a matter considered at the meeting must have been received by the company no later than Monday, March 7, in order to be included in the notice.
