SaltX shareholders do not need to take any action in regards of the listing on First North Premier. The share will be traded under the same name and ISIN code as before, SALT-B and SE0005308541.
SaltX currently does not follow the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance but intends to apply the code well in advance of July 1, 2019.
